I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying a wonderful birthday treat for my partner. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, enhancing our experience. While the spa facilities were nice, I found the pool a bit cold. Overall, it’s a clean and well-kept place with great amenities, although the broken lockers in the changing room were a bit disappointing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while I appreciated the lovely grounds and the well-maintained bar and restaurant, the experience was marred by some serious customer service issues. The breakfast was plentiful, but cleanliness at the hot buffet needed improvement. On the positive side, the hotel did try to make amends by compensating my breakfast, but I believe clearer communication is essential.
